Gold, Black and White Thank You

I made a card using an old Memory Box die, Meadow Leaf, with black and gold, and white cardstock (I'm loving this color combo!), to make a thank you card...
I die cut the leaves from black cardstock a few times, layering underneath the main panel a couple times.  I EMBOSSED a piece of gold cardstock with the die, and adhered that to the bottom of all the layers.  Just a case you're wondering WHY EMBOSS the gold instead of simply putting a piece of gold cardstock underneath??  I am all about the littlest of details that make a card look a little more special.  Below...the first panel EMBOSSED, the second NOT EMBOSSED.  Notice there is some cool raised definition SHOWING with the embossed gold...just a slight detail that adds so much to a simple card...
The sentiment is Papertrey Ink, stamped with Versamark and gold embossed.  I also textured the panel with an impression plate and die cut the panel with a stitched rectangle. I don't know if you can tell from this pic, but it looks kind of "leathery"...liked just a little texture on the black panel for added interest...
Thanks for visiting me today!! Hugs!! Lisa
